Blank Page Baking: Sun Dried Tomato Bread

Given yesterday’s chat all about process, I decided to have a go at ‘blank page baking’ – baking without an end product in mind, without a recipe in hand, no weighing scales, no gadgets. Just making it up as I went along, seeing what felt right. Being guided by colour, texture, smell….and, essentially, what ingredients I had in the cupboard.

This is how it turned out.

Some flour

Pinch salt

Dried yeast

Olive oil

Warm water
